Concrete Vibrators

Concrete vibrators are tools used in construction to ensure that freshly poured concrete is free of air bubbles and voids, which can compromise the strength and durability of the finished product. By vibrating the concrete, these tools help it settle more uniformly and fill in any gaps or spaces within the formwork, leading to a denser and more compact material.
Our Concrete vibrators come in various sizes.

They range from 26/36/48/62/75mm

Drive Unit

A drive unit, in the context of concrete vibrators, is the power source or engine that drives the vibration mechanism. It typically consists of a motor or engine connected to a flexible shaft or rigid transmission system, which then powers the vibrating head that is inserted into or attached to the concrete.

We have different motors for our drive units, namely Honda and Hoffmann

Submersible Pump

A submersible pump is a type of pump that is designed to be fully submerged in the fluid it is meant to pump. This design allows the pump to push the fluid to the surface rather than pulling it, which is more efficient and helps prevent issues like cavitation. Submersible pumps are widely used in various applications, including drainage, sewage pumping, general industrial pumping, and water well pumping.

Sizes: 50mm/75mm (2'' or 3'')

High Frequency Drive Unit and Pokers

A high frequency drive unit is a specialized type of drive unit used in construction, particularly for powering high-frequency concrete vibrators. These units operate at higher frequencies compared to standard drive units, typically around 150 to 200 Hz, which enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of concrete vibration.

High-frequency concrete vibrators are specialized tools used in construction to ensure that freshly poured concrete is thoroughly compacted and free of air pockets.

Our sizes: 25/35/45/55/65mm

Electric Drive Unit

An electric drive unit, in the context of construction and industrial equipment, is a system that uses electric power to drive a mechanism or machine. These units are integral components in a variety of tools and machines, including concrete vibrators, high-pressure washers, and other powered equipment.

Wacker/Rammer

A wacker, also known as a rammer or a jumping jack, is a type of soil compaction equipment used in construction and landscaping to compact soil, gravel, sand, and other ground materials. These tools are essential for preparing a stable foundation for construction projects such as roads, sidewalks, and building foundations.

High Pressure Washer

A high pressure washer, also known as a pressure washer or power washer, is a cleaning device that uses a high-pressure water spray to remove dirt, grime, mold, loose paint, and other debris from surfaces. It is commonly used for cleaning buildings, vehicles, concrete surfaces, and outdoor furniture.

Generator

A generator is a device that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy, providing power for various applications when a standard electrical grid is unavailable or during power outages. Generators are widely used in residential, commercial, industrial, and emergency settings.

Petrol and Diesel varieties

Welder/Generator

Welder/Generator

A welder/generator, also known as a welder-generator or welding generator, is a versatile piece of equipment that combines the functions of a welding machine with a generator. It serves dual purposes: generating electrical power and providing a source for welding operations, making it highly practical for remote locations or where access to electrical power is limited.

Masonry Saw

A masonry saw is a specialized power tool used primarily in construction and masonry work to cut through hard materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stone, tiles, and similar materials. These saws are designed to handle the tough demands of cutting dense and abrasive materials with precision and efficiency.

Concrete Saw

A masonry saw is a specialized power tool used primarily in construction and masonry work to cut through hard materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stone, tiles, and similar materials. These saws are designed to handle the tough demands of cutting dense and abrasive materials with precision and efficiency.

Water Pump/Trash Pump

A water pump is a mechanical device designed to move water from one location to another. It is used in various applications, ranging from residential and agricultural water supply to industrial and commercial settings. Water pumps come in different types and sizes, each suited for specific purposes and environments.

Screed Beam

A double screed beam, also known simply as a screed beam, is a construction tool used in the process of leveling and smoothing freshly poured concrete surfaces. It is particularly useful for achieving flat and uniform finishes over large areas, such as floors and pavements.

Plate Compactor

A plate compactor, also known as a vibrating plate compactor or tamper, is a construction machine used to compact and compress soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials. It is an essential tool in construction and landscaping for achieving a stable and firm base or surface.

Powerfloat

A power float, also known as a power trowel or helicopter trowel, is a construction machine used to create a smooth and level finish on concrete surfaces. It is typically used after the concrete has been poured and leveled to further refine the surface by compacting and smoothing it, enhancing its durability and appearance.

Concrete Mixer

A concrete mixer is a machine used in construction to mix cement, aggregate (such as sand or gravel), and water to form concrete. These machines are essential for preparing concrete on-site, ensuring the mixture is homogenous and ready for use in various construction projects.

Scarifier

A scarifier, also known as a concrete scarifier or planer, is a specialized machine used in construction and renovation projects to prepare concrete surfaces. It is primarily employed to remove coatings, adhesives, contaminants, and uneven surfaces from concrete and asphalt, creating a smoother and more level substrate for subsequent work or applications.

Porta-Vibe

A portable vibrator, often referred to as a handheld vibrator or handheld concrete vibrator, is a compact and versatile tool used primarily in construction for consolidating freshly poured concrete. Its main function is to remove air bubbles and ensure proper compaction of the concrete mix, which improves the overall strength and durability of the concrete structure.

Floor Grinder

A floor grinder is a powerful and specialized machine used in construction and renovation projects to prepare and finish concrete floors. It is designed to grind and polish concrete surfaces to achieve a smooth and even finish, removing imperfections, coatings, adhesives, and leveling uneven areas.
